Local artists planning event to celebrate community's culture

EUSTIS — Local artists are joining forces for a public-arts initiative collaboration of communities and artists, to promote the eclectic cultural atmosphere in Lake County during the inaugural Second Saturday Cultural Event to be held Oct. 13 and 14 in downtown Eustis and other areas of Lake County.

In addition, local artists are teaming up to create a registry of artisans and entertainers that work and reside in Lake County. This registry will help unite the artistic community and promote itself.
