Commissioner Parks’ ‘Coffee and Conversations’ to be hosted in Clermont on May 1

CLERMONT – Lake County Commissioner Sean Parks and School Board Member Marc Dodd together are hosting Coffee and Conversations, casual public outreach meeting hosted on the first Friday of each month throughout South Lake County where residents may speak one-on-one with elected officials representing the district.

The next event will be held from 8 -10 a.m. on Friday, May 1 at Cheeser’s Palace, 707 W. Montrose St. in Clermont. Commissioner Parks and School Board Member Dodd will be joined by featured guest James Argento, Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida, and Lake County Economic Growth Department Business Relations Manager Paul Simmons.

“We will continue to work with the local community in an effort to ensure Lake County citizens know that their elected officials are accessible and listening to their thoughts, needs and concerns,” said Commissioner Parks.
